Emma Sulter is a 100 and 200 meters athlete born in Martinique. She began her sporting career with the Golden Star club in Fort-de-France.

In 1974, she won the French 200 m title. In 1980, she competed for France at the Olympic Games in Moscow. During the 1980 season, she set three new French records in the 4 × 100-meter relay.
