Woman in arts

Yana Yazova (1912-1974) was a writer and intellectual from 20th century. Her poetry was translated into Esperanto, Czech, Serbian and Ukrainian. She travelled extensively in Europe and the Middle East and wrote about her travels as well. Her historical novel Alexander of Macedon, the trilogy Balkans and the anti-communist novel Salt Gulf were published after her death.
